Hi everyone, I hope you have been busy lately making money and becoming rich? I also have been looking at the world's economy as a whole and it seems that the road to recovery is here.
As many countries are slowly moving towards economic and financial recovery, I would like to encourage all of you to ride on the waves of recovery and look around for opportunities in your surrounding and open your eyes and ears to trends and challenges for the coming months.
Right now, one good prospect is to be able to invest in property because land is a scarce resource in this world (70% is covered by water, leaving only 30 % and less than that for arable and habitable land). In America, the prices of property have dipped somehow over the past two years due to mis management of resources and lending. If you have some spare cash, you should look around for reasonable plots of land or houses to invest for the long term. Tourism, population growth and other economic factors will boost prices of property in the future. Yes, no doubt , land and properties' prices were badly hit during the past years' crises, yet there is golden opportunities that may arise from this setback. As people fear to go in, you should now examine the possibility of investing in property market and other natural resource challenges. This is for the long haul.
As for the other countries such as England, Australia and New Zealand, property prices are steadily rising because of the rich Chinese and Indian investors who are out there looking for a good bargain. They are the ones who will make lots of money when the returns come in soon. To enable you to be a prudent investor in property and real estate, it is good to weigh the pros and cons of investing in this long term asset or to go into property-related stocks and equities .
Both are challenges but both are great opportunities to boost your riches and success if you are prudent and take calculated risks. I hope those of you reading this will give this sector a chance to enhance your monetary growth too. It may be a bit risky but no venture, no gain. No risks, no returns.
Also do not confine yourself to just your own country's real estate, look anywhere in the world for a good bargain. The world is a global village now. Travel is easy, immigration is not difficult and buying property is not difficult too, if you can get the right legal advisors and right price! My brother in law made lots of money investing in Australia 's real estate and bauxite (a kind of natural resource) stocks.
However it has to be a careful consideration to make money in property and real estate investment. Like all investment, it is good to check your inventory of assets, cash and your ability to hold on for at least 3-5 years before any yield or money can fill your pockets.
Good luck to your calculation. Do not take too long to look around for a great place to invest or good stocks or securities which are related to properties because delaying decisions may be bad for you. Think with your heart and your head and make a wise decision soon.

Recently I stumbled into a "get-rich" project without knowing it. Actually I was tryng to raise funds for some needy children in a neighbouring country. By asking 100 people to merely contribute one pack of pencils - consisting of 12 pencils, the cheapest kind available, I was able to get more than 100 packs of pencils. I repackaged the given packs of pencils into over 250 smaller packs of pencils , which were decorated neatly with coloured ribbons.
I managed to sell these pencils for a lot of money through an auction system by getting people to bid for the pencils. I become very rich at the end of one week of selling the repackaged pencils. People were willing to pay triple the amount just to get hold of the pencils because they found the item to be cute and presentable.
From free gifts of 100 packs of cheap pencils which cost the donors very little money, the kind gifts were transformed into thousands of dollars of repacked items.In this way, the needy people in our community get the money they need and enable them to have better things to live by. A rich joy was created and multiplied via creative thinking and simple act of transformation.
From this project, I can assure you that a simple item, repackaged and redesigned can become an expensive retailing item by sheer innovative way of selling. You can become rich by using your innovation and creativity. Just like a piece of fried chicken at the roadside kiosk sells only a few dollars but a piece of chicken in a restaurant served on a bed of green vegetables and some colourful garnish becomes a high class and high expense item on the menu. It even burns a hole in your pocket.
This "kindness" gifts became my guiding idea for becoming rich because I use this concept of repacking and redecorating to sell my old items via e-bay as well as during garage sale. Many people are attracted to interesting items even though they may not be of high value. As long as people are willing to pay a price which is right for you, you can become rich just repackaging items into attractive desirable objects so that you can resell them at a much higher price, thus earning a profit.
Many retailers fail to get customers' attention because they are not innovative and creative enough. I think that creativity and enhanced value of your inventory or things can make you rich without costing you lots of expenditure and time.
I hope all of you can think hard what are the things you can do to transform unattractive objects into objects of desire and value , thus increasing your money holdings. I believe this project inspired me , it can also inspired you to become rich in no time at all.
Think hard and look around you for that "get-rich" thought. I am sure you can do it if you try hard enough.
